About this event

Recruit poll observers for Virginia’s elections this fall. Poll observers are our eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring that voters can cast their ballots without obstacles or intimidation. We are calling people who have volunteered for Voter Protection in past elections — so they are often happy to hear from us!

We’ll start off with a training and provide support for callers on Zoom. After the phonebank, volunteers can continue to call on their own throughout the week if they would like. Every poll observer we recruit will be on the ground helping voters — and standing by to head off any cons that Donald Trump tries to pull in our polling places.
