Calling all high school artists in Virginia’s Seventh Congressional District!
I’m inviting creative young Virginians to participate in my office’s 2026 Congressional Art Competition. Each spring, Congress hosts a nationwide high school art competition to recognize artistic talent in each congressional district. Winning pieces are displayed in the U.S. Capitol and on the official Congressional Art Competition page for one year.
If you know an aspiring artist, have them submit their artwork to my Woodbridge or Fredericksburg District office by Friday, April 17 for a chance to be considered.
This spring, my office will host an art show featuring student submissions, where a panel of judges will select the winning piece. I look forward to seeing students’ creativity on display! To learn more about this competition, visit my website.
