| Are you interested in running for the PWCDC Executive Committee, or are you planning on voting for the officers? All seated members of the PWCDC are called to participate in an assembled caucus on January 10th from 12pm-4pm at the Chinn Community Center (13025 Chinn Park Dr, Woodbridge, VA 22192). The call to caucus document can be found here: 2026 Executive Election Call to Caucus For those wishing to run for a Executive Committee position, please complete the application form and send it and a short bio to Chair Chisolm at chair.pwcdems@gmail.com by Thursday, January 8th at 5pm. While nominations will be accepted from the floor, only those who submit their candidacy in advance will have their name included on the ballot. Late nominations shall be eligible as write-in candidates. As this is an assembled caucus, only those members who are seated members or designated alternates of their Magisterial Committee as identified by Thursday, Jan 8th, or who are ex-officio members, shall be eligible to participate and vote. Additionally, a virtual voting option will be available but only with pre-registration. Seated members, designated alternates, and ex-officio members who plan to vote virtually and who cannot attend the meeting must identify themselves to their Magisterial Committee Chair by Thursday to pre-register. |
