The Prince William County Democratic Committee was deeply saddened by the news of Congressman Gerry Connolly’s passing. Congressman Connolly believed in our committee and our community when most had written us off as a lost cause. He knew that with investment, heart, and a bit of fight, Prince William County could see real and lasting change for the better.

Prince William County Democrats will always hold a great deal of respect, gratitude, and admiration for Congressman Connolly and his legacy. We honor his life, mourn the loss of him, and express our deepest condolences to his family. Gerry showed us that change is indeed possible, and we will honor him by continuing the push for progress and justice for our community.
