Brentsville District Monthly Meeting

Prince William County Democratic Monthly Meeting

Good afternoon Brentsville Democrats and campaigns,

 
It is a busy time with only 9 days before early voting; in order to best support our Democratic Candidates we are shifting focus for our next two Brentsville MD meetings!
This coming Monday, 9/15/25, would typically be our monthly Zoom meeting at 7:00 pm.  Instead of meeting virtually we will be meeting in-person and will be writing postcards for Elizabeth Guzman and tentatively other local races if provided postcards & addresses (reach out to Laura by Sunday).
Below are the details for Monday’s meeting.
Location: Glory Days at 7581Somerset Crossing Dr.
Time: 7:00 (we have a reservation starting at 6:30 if you want to come a little earlier)
**Campaigns if you are interested in attending please let us know and/or if you have postcards please reach out to Laura.    Also, if you have signs you wish for me to distribute please drop some off at my house or Laura’s before Monday.  Laura and I will bring them for people to grab from our cars.
Wednesday, 9/17/25, we are hosting the fundraiser/social at Brusters (flyer attached).  Campaigns, elected officials, and candidates please RSVP and I can include your name on the reminder email.  Thank you to Senator Roem, Delegate Maldonado, Commonwealth Attorney Ashworth, and School Board Member Zargarpur for coming to our last ice cream social- we appreciate both your service to our community and your support of our Committee and Coles MD.
 
Regarding our Brentsville MD October meeting, 10/20/25, we are planning an in-person location for a GOTV and tentative volunteer information for Election Day.  
 

Currently, we are drafting a sign up genius for early voting at Brentsville District Courthouse.  The Lee Early voting location sign-up has been circulated but is also found here- 

Lastly, our next, and last, ice cream date is 10/15.  If you see or are having an event please be sure to post it in our Private FB group (to join be sure to answer questions).
